Recently Powell introduced me to the underground and extremely interesting world of street art. I watched Exit Through The Gift Shop and enjoyed it, although I definitely want to see more about the actual artists and their work. Now that I'm somewhat familiar with this art form I'm going to be on the lookout for examples in and around NYC (the Mario below is apparently in Manhattan). This is a far cry from the repetitive spray paint you see everywhere...a few that caught my eye with a link to more below:
